no nutella swirl blondies

hullo peeps!

how are u? did anyone miss me? ehehee what a question kan kan!

well,  it’s been a while since my last entry and bila dah berenti tu agak susah sikit nak mula balik.

hadoiii need to korek korek and pecah pecahkan all those bongkah iceberg yang berketul ketul kat kepala ni :D

anyway, the reason for my being silence is that i just couldn’t find my baking and cooking mojo kot :-D

kot? hahaha ada kot kot pulak ye!

well, hasya has started her primary one and recently hubby pulak has started his new job which requires him to work in the office from 8am-5pm erkk nama aje 8am-5pm but keluar rumah 7am and balik 7 or 8pm or 9pm and that leaves me alone in the house hokkay!

bila dah home alone ni mula lah sindrom takmo masak and bake datang kan! well, i still do my daily cooking but then masak yang simple aje lah and most of the time memang ikut selera hasya aje lah.

hokkay, back to this blondies pulak, nama asalnya nutella swirl blondies tapi sebab takdak nutella so jadilah no nutella swirl blondies ehehe ;-)

baked it this morning while waiting for my nasi lemak takde buah bidara and sambal ikan bilis siap di masak. tiba tiba aje masa hidung tengah terbau bau sambal ikan bilis, mata pulak terpandang peanut butter and tiba tiba terus terasa nak bake blondies.

dah lama book marked this recipe yang pernah nampak kat sini dulu cuma i substitute the nutella with the peanut butter. so jadilah peanut butter no swirl blondies lah ye!
