tuna fettucine…another campak campak dinner

 

and one of my feveret jugak heheh ;-)

dunno lah i ni asal yang campak campak tu lah yang sedap ehehe no laaaaa…love this kind of food sebab tak banyak kena cuci pinggan and periuk belanga hahaha..bagus tak reason tu

anyway itu last nite punya dinner ye! love it bila taruk baaaanyak pickled olives but as for hubster always nehi nehi lah kalau nampak cik puan jeton tu..tak suka katanya :-P

hokkay! here’s the recipe

BAHAN BAHAN

fettucine (ikut suka banyak mana nak and buleh jugak di tukar dengan apa saja jenis pasta ye) di rebus sehingga lembut

1 biji bawang holland (erkk apa nama bawang besar yg putih tu?) – di potong dadu kecil kecil

1 biji bawang putih – di potong dadu kecil

1/2 biji capsicum hijau & 1/2 biji capsicum kuning ke merah tk kisah la di potong serong

2 hirisan lemon di amil juice dia or air perahan or sebijik limau nipis pun tkp..amik juice dia je

broccoli di potong flowerettes

1 tin tuna chunks or flakes in sunflower oil or in water (di toskan airnya dan di cuci skit coz i tk sker baunya itu dan di siat2 isinya sikit)

ground pepper, dried oregano, dried basil and serbuk paprika

sedikit olive oil untuk menumis (dlm 2 – 3 tbsp )

garam secukup rasa

CARA CARA

panaskan olive oil

tumiskan bawang sehingga naik bau

then masukkan tuna, kacau sehingga tuna agak garing and then masukkan  air/juice perahan lemon tadi

then masukkan garam, paprika, pepper and capsicums

agak agak  tuna dah garing masukkan broccoli serta fettucine tadi

gaul rata and taburkan dried oregano and dried basil or sometimes tu i masukkan je mixed herbs…hahaha ikut apa yang ada kat dapur lah ye :)

gaul rata biar mesra and then tutup api.

baked dory

 

one of my favourite dish every time kemalasan melanda

slalu beli dory fish tiap kali pi gorecery shopping sebabnya bila takde idea nak masak cik dory ni lah yang jadi penyelamat hikhik

normally grill je dory ni or sometimes tu taruk dalam tomyam which is very rare coz tak suka sangat makan tomyam or sometimes tu buat goreng sambal ke or sometimes tu buat aje fish and chips senang citer kan! tapi dalam banyak banyak tu paling suka buat baked dory ni sebabnya tersangatlah easy peasy and lagi satu suma orang dalam rumah ni buleh makan Open-mouthed smile

thanks to puan mulan sebab selalu tayang baked dory and pastu i pon mencuba and pastu dah jadi feveret at our house jugak hikhik..

sorry no proper picture sebabnya every time buat  baked dory ni memang tak sempat ikan ni nak posing lelama..cepat ajek di serbu Smile with tongue out this time nasib baik sempat di instagramkan and ada yang bertanya the recipe..ikut hati malas nak taruk sini coz recipe senang sangat and gambor pun tak banyak hikhik if nak tunggu amik gambar ikan ni posing dulu agaknya kena tunggu taun depang kot baru ku update recipe ni ye Smile with tongue out

the recipe

25 minutes before dinner

cuci n toskan dory fillet – letak dlm casserole dish n tabur sedikit garam and pepper (sometimes i tabur je mixed herbs or oregano but last nite just salt n pepper)

then tabur sedikit olive oil kat atas dory fillet tadi

then potong segala jenis sayur yang nak taruk and taruk je keliling and atas dory fillet sebanyak mana yang anda nak ye!.. i usually taruk capsicums green red yellow, tomatoes, carrots and broccoli jek

then tabur je sebanyak mana mozarella cheese kat atas sayur n dory fillet tadi ye! (sometimes i add sikit cheddar cheese tapi mozarella aje pun dah cukup)

then bake in preheated oven 170C for 20 minutes

i owe yooo

 

i’ve posted this picture in instagram the other day and received a comment from someone asking me to update the recipe in my blog

dushhhh! when was the last time did i post an entry here eh?? suddenly teringat lupanya i ada recipe blog ye! hahaha tetiba hilang ingatn kejap ye!

anyway, this is for mamahawa. thank you mama for reminding me that i have a recipe blog heheh Smile with tongue out

the recipe

ooops..ok ok.. separuh jalan eh! kena type la gamaknya huhu

Buttermilk scones

makes 12 scones (since im using the gedabak cookie cutter so i only managed to get 6 scones ajek..haaa imagine lah ye besar mana my scones tu hahaha)

ingredients

75gm butter, diced

350gm self raising flour, plus extra for dusting

1/2 caster sugar ( i guna x sampai 1/2 pun but lebih skit dari 1/3)

3/4 cup buttermilk or natural plain yogurt ( i used 3/4 cup low fat milk with 3/4 tbsp apple cider vinegar – leave for at least 10 minutes before using it)

raspberry jam or strawberry jam to serve

method

preheat the oven to 200C

sift flour into large bowl (i tk buat pun coz x sabar nk makan heheh) and add the diced butter

rub together with fingertips until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs

then stir in sugar and mix and then make a well in the centre and

add the buttermilk or yogurt

stir in lightly until the mixture forms a soft dough

then turn the dough out on to a lightly floured surface and knead lightly

roll out to a 2.5cm thickness

then stamp out rounds using cookie cutter n then gather up the trimmings, re knead n stamp out more rounds until finish

put the rounds on the baking sheets and bake for 12-14 minutes ( i bake for 17 minutes) or until risen and light golden

allow to cool on wire rack and serve split open with jam and cream or butter

oooh! scones fresh from the oven!!! heaven babeh Smile with tongue out

and ini pulak rupa bentuk rainbow cakes in jar yang i dok buat for mother’s day and teacher’s day itu hari and untuk Ili Nurfarah..rainbow cake in jars ni seswei la if u nk mkn berdua aje hihi..so sorry for the very late reply ye dear!…haiyyo maafkan hamba sebab laaama tak menyinggah sini hiks
