When it's cool, roughly chop it into ¼ inch pieces — or just crumble it up. <li>Then sauté the onion for 2 to 3 minutes or until it's slightly translucent and put aside <li>In a glass mixing bowl, thoroughly beat the eggs until nice and frothy. Anyhow i hope after this buleh lah update dengan jayanya ye!</p> <p>hokkay here’s the recipe!</p> <p><strong><em><font size="5" face="Traditional Arabic">sicilian orange cake</font></em></strong> <p><strong>ingredients</strong> <blockquote> <p>250 g lightly salted butter, at room temperature, plus extra for greasing <p>250 g caster sugar (i used 200gm) <p>4 medium eggs <p>1 1/2 tsp finely grated orange zest <p>250 gm self raising flour <p>85 ml freshly squeezed orange juice ( i used 2 oranges) <p><strong>For the icing:</strong> <p>125 g icing sugar ( i cuma sempat sprinkle icing sugar je) <p>5 tsp freshly squeezed orange juice ( tk taruk pun) <p><strong>Method</strong> <p>Preheat the oven to 170C. Greased and line a 22-cm clip-sided round cake with non-stick baking paper. (i used 9” round pan) <p>Using an electric whisk, cream the butter and sugar together for 4-5 minutes until very pale. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, beating very well between each one, if necessary adding a spoonful of flour with the last egg to prevent the mixture from curdling. Beat in the orange zest. Add the flour all at once and mix in well, then slowly mix in the orange juice. <p>Spoon the mixture into the prepared tin and bake on the middle shelf of the oven for 45-50 (my oven 50-55) minutes or until a skewer, inserted into the centre of the cake, comes out clean. If it starts to brown too quickly, cover loosely with a sheet of lightly buttered foil. <p>Leave the cake, in its pan, to cool on a wire rack, then carefully remove the sides and base of the tin and peel off the paper. Grease 2 x 6 Texas (large) muffin pans with cooking spray or line with muffin cases.</p> <li>Sift flours and baking powder together. Stir in sugar and oats. Whisk yoghurt, eggs and oil together. Add to flour, mix until just combined. Do not over-mix. <li>Divide mixture evenly into muffin pans until three-quarters full. <p>Add eggs in three additions! <p>Lastly add srf in 3 additions, fold in milk, vanilla extract and golden syrup until incorporated. <p>** first time buat I accidentally used 2, 7” square cake tins (nak guna 8” pan tapi silap amik daaa)...and nak tak nak i had to slice it into 2 lah..so end up i have 4 layers of cake hahaha! Grease a tube pan. Peel, core and chop apples into chunks. Toss with cinnamon and sugar and set aside. <p>Stir together flour, baking powder and salt in a large mixing bowl. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. <p>In the bowl of your electric mixer (or with a hand mixer), beat the butter and sugars until light and fluffy (2-3 minutes). Add the egg and vanilla extract and beat until incorporated. First sift together the cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt and then add to the butter and egg mixture. Mix just until incorporated. Take 2 tbsp flour, mix with sugar and yeast. Add 1/4 cup of luke warm water and let it stand for 30 minutes. </p> <p>2. Mix the dry ingredients, then make a hole, pour in the wet ingredients. Knead the dough until it no longer stick to your hands. I used stand mixer :)</p> <p>3. Cover the dough, let it  rise until it double the size. </p> <p><b>Filling ingredients </b><b></b> <br />1/2kg of minced mutton (sometimes i guna minced chicken or minced meat..ikut apa yang ada dlm freezer ;-)) <br />2 medium size onions. Chop roughly.</p> <p>4 clove garlic. finely grated/ chopped. <br />1/2 bunch chinese celery. roughly chop. <br />1/2 tbsp Cayenne pepper <br />1 tbsp black pepper <br />2 tsp salt <br />2 whole tomatoes - roughly chopped <br />1 red Chili - roughly chopped <br />2 tbsp Olive oil</p> <p>1 dried basil leaf - crushed <br />shredded cheddar cheese</p> <p>Mix well the ingredients</p> <p><strong>Assembling the pide</strong> :</p> <p>1. Divide pide dough into few equally sized balls. (normally by using  this dough i can i made 3 small pide n 1 medium size pizza) </p> <p>2. Roll each balls into an oval shape, 0.5cm thickness dough using the rolling pin.</p> <p>3. Brush the surface with olive oil, place the lamb filling in the middle.
