310110 - Carrot cake with cream cheese topping

The other day dah buat carrot cupcakes

hari ni pulak, i buat whole cake, tapi still guna resepi yang sama :-)

sebabnya masih terasa nak makan carrot cake lagi dan lagi satu, masih tak puas hati sebab hari tu makan carrot cake macam tu je without the cream cheese

hehehe..i suka makan carrot cake dengan cream cheese okay! baru rasa feel dia :-)

okay ini resepi cream cheese ye!

BAHAN BAHAN

250 gm cream cheese, at room temperature

55 gm unsalted butter, at room temperature

1 tsp vanilla extract

125 gm icing sugar, sifted

1 tbsp milk

CARA CARA

using electric mixer, beat the cream cheese, butter and vanilla essence.

then add the icing sugar a third at a time, beating well.

stir in the milk and mix all the ingredients are well mixed.

okay, the cream is ready to be used immediately

    dua dua tu cream cheese cuma i masukkan dlm freezer dulu for 5 minutes after taruk white topping tu then baru i buat orange topping tu
