nachos and smoothie for dinner ;-)

plan asal nak buat grilled dory last nite tapi the other half mintak nak makan nachos je and hasya pulak dok mintak nak minum mango and banana smoothie… ha ah mango and banana smoothie ye! i thought banana smoothie and mango smoothie tapi dia cakap “ i want a banana and mango mix together and then they become smoothie laaa” errr pandai pulak anak i tu bagi instruction ye! tak pernah pernah i minum smoothie macam ni…boleh masuk ke ke tekak i ni ye!

then, i pun mulalah guna khidmat en google yang cemerlang itu..jumpa lah recipe banana mango smoothie ni and i guna je recepi dari sini ye! thanks dear for sharing this recipe. anak i suka and mommy and her papa pun sukak :-D

and here’s the recipe

Ingredients

1 large mango diced and chilled

1 banana

1/2 cup of yogurt  ( i used plain yogurt)

1 cup of orange juice

6 ice cubes

Directions

Blend the orange juice, yogurt and banana till well mixed. Next add the ice cubes and mango and continue blending till mango is mixed in.  Enjoy or chill if desired.

and here’s another version of my nachos sauce ye!

 

bahan bahan

sedikit chicken breast ( di potong kecil2, cuci dan toskan)

1/2 biji bawang besar (diced)

1 biji tomato - diced

5 tbsp tomato puree

sedikit dried oregano (optional)

1/4 cup of milk (saya guna low fat)

4 tbsp baked beans

salt

olive oil untuk menumis

 

 

Cara cara

panaskan olive oil dan tumis bawng besar sehingga wangi

then masukkan ayam tadi – kacau hingga ayam masak

then tomato dan milk, kacau lagi hingga mendidih

and then masukkan tomato puree, baked beans dan garam serta oregano

kacau hingga sebati dan bila dah agak pekat boleh ditutup api

sedia untuk di cicah denga nachos tadi
