muak

 

 

i never thot that i will muak semuak muak muaknya dengan vege soup hokkay!

the truth is i love vege soup but then bila hasya asyik mintak vege soup hari hari tu i masih boleh tahan lagi sebab i cuma masak vege soup for hasya jek and i will masak something else for me and hubster

tapikan of late ni my dear hubster plak asyik nak makan vege soup plak..erghhhh tulunnnnn tak sanggup dah i nak masak vege soup lagi tau!

actually hubster is not a vege soup person, he is more to oxtail soup ajek..itu yang buat i macam pelik banyak ni bila dia asyik mintak nak makan vege soup ajek ni.. eh,eh, on second thot better lah i masak vege soup than oxtail soup kan hikhik tak sanggup rasanya nak mencuci the oxtail tuh walaupun i heart the oxtail soup jugak ;-PP

1 ulas bawang besar sederhana besar– di hiris bulat

1 biji cili merah – di potong serong

10 ekor ikan bilis

1 inci halia – di hiris nipis

Cara Cara

panaskan olive oil dan tumis bawang putih, ikan bilis dan halia hingga wangi

then masukkan air sebanyak mana yang anda suka and masukkan kentang

biar hingga mendidih then masukkan ikan dory dan carrot

bila ikan hampir masak, masukkan sayur sayur kecuali tomato

masukkan garam secukup rasa dan masukkan tomato.

muak dengan vege soup punya pasal, today i told hubster that i’ll be making tomyam seafood for berbuka puasa padahal both of us pun bukannya suka sangat makan tomyam. dunnolah what’s wrong with me today coz tetiba i terbayang sedapnya makan tomyam with telur dadar and sambal belacan jek..anyway, who knows that i might change my mind kot nanti

actually, masak skali harung je tu pasal bila dah masak untuk lunch, terus masak skali for dinner

dulu dulu tak suka makan gulai tempoyak tapikan of late ni suka lah pulak makan gulai tempoyak. first time makan kat satu warung kat kuantan last year and since that day tu, every time ikut hubster ke kuaantan mesti, harus singgah kedai tu sebab nak makan gulai tempoyak ikan patin

semalam mencuba buat gulai tempoyak ni sebab asalnya nak habiskan tempoyak yang mak bagi itu hari. ikan patin takde, guna jek ikan kembong and sebab seumur hidup tak pernah masak gulai tempoyak, terpaksalah mengoogle duluk ;-)

jumpa resepi gulai tempoyak kat sini. tima kasih bebanyak pada empunya resepi ni and please allow me to share it here pulak ye..err rupanya senang jek nak masak gulai tempoyak ye!

Bahan-bahan:
1 ekor ikan kembung ~ bersihkan
15 biji lebih atau kurang cili api ~ tumbuk – saya guna sebiji cili merah yg di tumbuk dan 4 biji cili api yang di ketuk sahaja…cili api tu sgt pedas berapi hokkay ;-)
1 batang serai ~ ketuk
2 sudu atau lebih tempoyak – saya lebihkan kepada 3 sudu
1 tangkai daun kesum ~ jika suka
1 helai daun kunyit ~ jika suka
Serbuk kunyit secukupnya(lebih sedap kalau guna kunyit hidup ~1cm)
Garam dan sedikit gula.
Air ~ ikut pekat kuah yg diingini


Cara penyediaan:

1. Masukkan cili api yg telah ditumbuk, tempoyak, serai, kunyit dan air ke dalam periuk. Kacau rata supaya tempoyak hancur dan tidak berketul. Masakkan bahan2 sehingga mendidih.
2. Kemudian masukkan ikan, daun kesum dan biarkan ikan sehingga masak. Tambahkan garam dan sedikit gula. Kalau kuah tidak masam, bolehlah ditambahkan tempoyak lagi(biasanya rasa masam ikan hanya dari tempoyak sahaja, saya tidak letak asam keping. Tapi kalau tidak suka kuah yg agak pekat, bolehlah ditambah asam keping utk menambah masam).
3. Bila ikan sudah masak, bolehlah diangkat.


Satu lagi cara memasak ikan:
~ Masukkan cili, serai, serbuk kunyit, tempoyak dan air ke dalam periuk, kacau rata hingga tempoyak hancur.
~ Kemudian masukkan ikan dan renihkan. Masukkan daun kunyit, daun kesum dan masak sehingga mendidih. Masukkan garam dan sedikit gula. Bolehlah diangkat.

actually terasa rasa nak makan sticky dates pudding tapi bila ternampak ada apples yang dah hampir lebam dalam fridge tu maka terpaksalah cancel hajat hati nak makan sticky dates pudding…hihi sticky dates pudding became this apple and dates cake

owh! i tell you, the taste is superb.. rasa lemak manis apples and dates and tambah pulak ada coconut for the topping tuh…ooooh memang heaven ;-)

i cannot stop myself from munching and munching it hokkay..pastu bila rasa nyesal makan banyak, i sembunyikan dalam fridge tapi sebab i yang sembunyikan maka mesti lah i jumpa cari cake ni kan hahaha so i makan lagi and makan lagi

in the end i pack some of it for my friend. well, now no more cake and no more apples in my fridge..can stop dreaming about it lah ye ;-)

here’s the recipe. dah berzaman amik recipe ni from akak seksi nigella lawson tu…..this recipe is definitely a keeper lah ;-)

Ingredients

2 green apples, peeled, cored and cut into chunks (saya guna 2 1/2 biji granny smith apples)

1 cup chopped pitted dates

1 teaspoon bicarbonate soda

1 cup boiling water

125g butter (saya guna anchor unsalted)

1 cup caster sugar  (saya guna 3/4 cup sahaja- next time kena reduce sikit lg sbb topping pun dah manis dah)

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (saya guna 2 tsp vanilla essence)

1 1/2 cups plain flour, sifted

TOPPING:

60g butter

1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed

1/2 cup shredded coconut

2 tablespoons milk (saya guna dutch lady low fat milk)

Method

Place apples, dates and soda in a bowl. Pour over boiling water. Allow to stand until cool.

Beat butter and sugar together in another bowl until thick and creamy. Blend in egg and vanilla. Fold flour and apple mixture (including all the juice) alternately into creamed mixture.

Spread into a greased and lined 23cm spring form tin.

Bake in a moderate oven (180ºC) for 45 minutes.

To prepare topping: place butter, sugar, coconut and milk in a small saucepan. heat, stirring, until butter is melted and sugar is dissolved

Remove cake from oven. Spread topping evenly over the top of cake.

Bake for a further 15 minutes or until topping is golden and a skewer inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool completely in the tin. Carefully remove sides of the tin. Transfer cake to a serving plate.

When I line a spring form tin, I just tear off a rectangle of baking paper, place it over the base and clip the sides to the tin, keeping it in place. Then when I come to put the cake onto a serving dish, I use the paper to ease it onto the plate- get one corner and fold under then keep removing paper as cake goes onto plate if you kind of know what I mean! (saya tak buat mcm ni…saya masuk je dalam pan yang bottom dia boleh loose tu. so bila dah masak, saya biar sejuk kejap then saya push je bottom part of the pan tu keluar dari pan tu..then potong je kek tu without keluarkan baking paper…sememeh sikit la tapi as long as the taste is good..why not kan?)

break fast dan breakfast

okay i confess…i belum habis lagi ganti puasa huhu..teruk sungguh kan cik minah ni :-PP

dunno lah why last year i tak ganti masa bulan syawal tu… now ni padan muka sebab masih tak habis habis lagi. eventually i know i will habiskan puasa ganti ni..gilosss kaaa kalau takmo habiskan ganti puasa ye..tapi erggghhhh why oh why i am so slow and lembab jek bila tiba nak ganti puasa tuh

ehehe enough with my rambling hokkay ;-P

here’s tuna in baskets or whatever name it is lah ye… i dunno apa nama menda alah ni tapi i suka sangat memakannya ngeh ngeh ngeh :-D

buat ini for my berbuka puasa the other day..haaaa patutnya nak buat kuih manis melayu tapi kemalasan melanda maka i buat jek tuna in baskets ni. senang dan cepat ajek nak buat menda alah ni..in 25 minutes je dah buleh makan dah  ;-)

here’s the recipe

ingredients

1 can Tuna Chunks in Water or in oil

ground black pepper (ikut suka nk banyak mana)

5-6  tbsp Mayonnaise

1 biji bawang besar - potong dadu

1/2 biji tomato dipotong dadu

1/2 biji capsicum dipotong dadu

1-2 tbsp perahan lemon or limau nipis pun ok jugak

roti – (suka hati nak banyak mana) di buang bahagian tepi

butter

cheddar cheese slice

Method

pre heat oven pada suhu 180 C

keluarkan tuna chunks and cuci kejap (i suka cuci sbb kalau tk cuci dulu nanti i akan terbau bau hanyir ikan) then toskan tuna chunks tadi

then masukkan bawang merah, pepper, tomato, capsicum, perahan jus lemon dan tuna chunks tadi ke dalam bowl dan gaul rata dengan mayonnaise.

then sapukan butter pada dua dua belah roti dan masukkan roti ke dalam muffin case. tekan sikit roti tu agar melekat ke bahagian tepi muffin case so nanti ada bentuk macam basket gitu ;-)

bakar dalam pre heated oven selama 10 minit

keluarkan roti dari oven dan masukkan tuna tadi serta letakkan cheese slices di atas tuna tadi dan bakar lagi selama 10 minit atau sehingga cheese tadi telah melt

siap ;-)

sebab makan ini waktu berbuka puasa maka ianya ketidak habisan. terus di masuk ke dalam fridge dan di keesokkan harinya di panaskan lagi di dalam oven selama 10 minit and voila..siaplah our breakfast pulak :-DD

hilang

 

hullo peeps! how are you doing? me? ummm m fine..sihat walafiat cuma…. u know what…i’ve misplaced my mood in baking, cooking and of course la when that two things dah hilang makanya blogging mood pun hilang sama hikhik ;-)

the thing is, i still bake and cook cumanya asyik rerun the same thing ajek..alaaa bake and cook something simple yang no need to refer to any new recipe.. asyik asyik masak sup sayur ajek as hubster doesn’t want masak lemak, or if not pun buat pizza ajek coz hasya tengah addicted to pizza and when i bake, i just baked vanilla cupcakes and profiteroles ajek coz hasya and friends love vanilla cupcakes and that profiteroles tu for sure lah untuk diriku ini ;-)

anyway, i also baked this mixed fruits crumble..

recipe sama macam yang kat sini cuma this time i add green apples, dessicated coconut and i used the normal oat instead of the muesli breakfast…i like the outcome and so does hubster ;-)

Ingredients

Yellow layer

10 egg yolks

100g sugar

125g butter - whipped till soft

50g flour

Chocolate layer

10 egg yolks

100g sugar

125g butter - whipped till soft

50g flour

1 tbsp black forest paste ( I got no BF paste, so I substitute with some choc/latte paste)

Method

Whipped butter till soft .. abt 10 mins or so - set aside

Whisked egg yolks and sugar till fluffy

Add in whipped butter and continue to whisk using low speed

Fold in sifted flour

Baked at 180C for 20 mins

Do the same for the chocolate layer ok

Once cool.. spread whatever jam you like.. and sandwich your cake..

no bake peanut butter pie

tetiba craving for something sweet tapi telur plak habis :-((

mencari cari resepi yang tak guna telur and yang paling minimum cara membuatnya

terjumpalah resepi no bake peanut butter pie nih

since semua bahan dah ada kat rumah, terus teringin nak mencubanya although agak kurang suka peanut butter kecuali kalau makan ngan banana macam yang ni memang suka sangat. dalam hati kata belasah ajelah, buat ajelah this peanut butter pie sebab nak sangat makan something sweet kan..kalau tak sedap..bagi je lah kat mr T kan hikhik ;-)

anyway, long story short. kesedapannya terserlah..hihi tak menyesallah cuba buatnya although memula tu siap ada doubt lagi. both hubster and me like it so much and walaupun my pie ni cinonet jek tapi cukup lah i nak share with my fren jugak and she too like it…hmmm next time buleh buat lagi lah ni ;-)

this recipe originate from makcik martha stewart but i took it from joy the baker 

 

ingredients

 

makes one 9-inch round tart – saya takde 9-inch pan, so saya agak agak je lah the recipe tu ikut kesesuaian pan saya yang cinonet jek :-)

For the Crust:

12 double graham crackers (the kind that measure about 5 x 2 1/2-inches) – saya guna digestive biscuits

6 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted – saya guna anchor

pinch of salt

For the Filling:

1 3/4 cups heavy cream, divided – saya guna fresh cream

1 cup natural peanut butter – saya guna smucker’s goober peanut butter and grape jelly stripes –

3/4  (6 ounces) cup cream cheese, softened – saya guna philadelphia cream cheese

1/3 cup plus 2 Tablespoons sweetened condensed milk

Crust the graham crackers in a food processor, in a plastic back with a rolling pin or with your hands in a bowl.  Make sure they are very well crumbled with no large chunks remaining. 

Add the melted butter and stir thoroughly, making sure all of the crumbs receive some butter love. 

Pour the graham cracker and butter mixture into a 9-inch tart shell with a removable bottom. 

Press the mixture along the sides of the tart pan and along the bottom until evenly coated.  Carefully place the tart pan in the freezer while you prepare the filling.

To make the filling combine the peanut butter, softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk in the bowl of an electric mixer fit with a paddle attachment.  You can also use the food processor if you’d like. (saya guna blender jek)

Blend the three ingredients until thoroughly incorporated, but don’t over blend or some liquids will separate.

In a separate bowl, whip 3/4 cup of heavy cream to soft peaks.  Add the whipped cream to the peanut butter mixture and fold together until well incorporated.

Remove the tart pan from the freezer and spoon in the peanut butter filling.  Spread evenly.

Whip up the remaining cup of heavy cream to stiff peaks and add to the top of the peanut butter filling.  Refrigerate for at least two hours, or overnight.  Top with salted mixed nuts (saya taruk crushed walnuts)and serve in giant slices.

just coleslaw, a bun and hasya’s leftover maggi goreng jek!

plan asal nak wat grilled chicken and potatoes skali tapikan sib baik tak sempat grill lagi pasal hasya yang sebelum tu nak sangat makan maggi goreng tak nak makan pulak. well, dia dah habis 2 ketul pizzas sebelum dinner tu and hasilnya maggi goreng kosong untuk dia tu dia tak nak makan…kenalah mommy dia and papa dia makan kan!

coleslaw tu dah buat dari pagi lagi..nak tak nak kena lah makan jugak kan..lelain tu macam chicken tu sebab dah marinate, i biar jek dalam fridge..esok esok lah buat grilled chicken tu

ini resepi yang i slalu guna bila buat coleslaw…hikhik tak pernah guna resepi lain dah since dah seswei jek kat our tekak nih :-D

ingredients

*8 cups finely diced cabbage (about 1 head)
* 1/4 cup diced carrot
* 2 tablespoons minced onions
* 1/3 cup granulated sugar
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/8 teaspoon pepper
* 1/4 cup milk
* 1/2 cup mayonnaise
* 1/4 cup buttermilk (saya guna 1/4 low fat milk with 1 tsp apple cider vinegar)
* 1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar (saya tak masukkan)
* 2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice


Directions
Finely dice cabbage and carrots.
Place cabbage and carrot mixture into large bowl and add minced onions.
Using regular blade on food processor, process remaining ingredients until smooth.
Pour over vegetable mixture and mix thoroughly.
Cover bowl and refrigerate several hours or overnight before serving

dulu dulu tak kenal donna hay  tapi bila tengok junior master chef australia tu baru kenal dia tapi masa tak kenal dia dulu pun tak tau camner lah boleh try one of her recipe yang lazat itu

dulu dulu tu memang dah lama lah coz masa tu takdak blog pun lagi so bila jue mentioned donna hay’s name in one of her entry teruslah bagitau jue yang zaman dulu i pernah gak buat her chocolate cheese brownies ni and tak sangka pulak jue dengan segera mencari the recipe kat my blog…ehehe sorry jue..buat tu masa zaman takde blog lagi so takdakla kat sini kan..then jue bagi tau dia dah jumpa that recipe kat almostbourdain and pastu tengok jue plak buat maka tak tahan lah menengoknya…harus di buat lagi sebab sedap sangat brownies ni…errr sedap bagi i sebab ada chocolate and ada cheese babe!

malas nak type recipe, so i copy je from jue

bahan2:

  • 185g butter, dicairkan
  • 1/4cwn serbuk koko, diayak
  • 1cwn gula caster (saya letak 3/4cwn shj)
  • 2biji telur
  • 1cwn tepung, diayak

cheesecake:

  • 285g cheese, dilembutkan dan di'chop' (saya guna philadelphia cream cheese)
  • 4 1/2 sdb gula caster
  • 2 biji telur

 

cara cara

  • panaskan oven 160C. lapik loyang 8inci dgn baking paper.
  • gaulkan serbuk koko, gula, telur dan tepung hingga sebati. tuang kedalam loyang.
  • proseskan cheese, gula, telur (dan vanilla) dalam food processor hingga lembut dan sebati. tuang keatas adunan coklat. swirl dgn pisau
  • bakar selama 45-50minit

    profiteroles au chocolat

    i love profiteroles, cream puffs, eclairs or whatever yang sewaktu dengannya lah :-)

    sebab suka sangat makan profiteroles ni maka selalu teruja bila tengok rina slalu tayang profiroles dia tu and itu hari mintak resepi ngan dia hikhik..anyway boleh je guna resepi cream puff yang biasa tu tapi sebab rina slalu sangat jual profiterols ni mula lah keterujaan nak try her recipe pulak kan.

    i tell you what, i love this so much…alaaa itu kata i yang memang suka makan cream puffs la…hubster and hasya tak heran sangat ngan profiteroles ni..sudahnya i makan sensorang and bawak sikit to my SIL’s house. lupa plak nak tanya dia suka ke tak..tkpe lah as long as i suka kan ;-)

    hokkay, here’s the recipe… i just copy whatever rina email me..thanks dear!

    ingredients

    1/2 Cup Butter
    1 cup water (can substitute with full cream milk but i use water)
    1 cup Pre-sifted Flour (i just used tepung gandum biasa + 1 1/2 tsp of baking powder)
    1/4 tsp salt (i skipped this, coz i used salted butter)
    4 eggs ( i used 2 grade A eggs)

     

    Method:


    Preheat oven at 170 C.
    1. Place the butter and water in a heavy saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil.
    2. Remove from heat and with a wooden spoon or spatula, quickly add the flour mixture. If you do not have self raising flour, please mix together the flour and the baking powder first.
    3. Return to heat and stir constantly until it become a dough and then remove from heat and using your electric mixer, or with a hand mixer and beat on low speed a minute or two to release the steam from the dough. Once the dough is lukewarm start adding the lightly beaten eggs (a little at a time), keep beating until the liquid of the egg is completely soaked up by the dough before adding more egg. And continue to mix until you have a smooth thick paste.
    4. Spoon or pipe ( i chose to pipe) dough on the baking tray. Spacing them a couple of inches apart.
    5. Baked for 30 minutes until the shells are a nice amber colour and when split, are dry inside.

    Whipped cream Filling:
    1 cup whipping cream
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tbsp granulated white sugar


    * In a large mixing bowl place the whipping cream, vanilla extract, and sugar and whip the mixture until soft peaks form. 

     

    Chocolate Ganache
    100ml fresh cream or double cream
    125gm dark chocolate, chopped finely
    a pinch of salt.

    *In a double boiler, warm the cream until just at boiling point, add the chocolate & salt and stir. When all the chocolate has melted, remove for heat and continue stirring until all well mixed.

    once you have piped the whipped cream into the profiteroles,  pour the ganache on top and sprinkle with almond flakes on top

    4 Eggs

    1 Cup White Sugar

    1 Cup Brown Sugar

    1 Cup Vegetable Oil

    2 Cups All Purpose Flour

    2 tsp. Baking Powder

    1/2 tsp. Baking Soda

    1 tsp. Salt

    1 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon

    1/2 tsp. Nutmeg

    3 Cups Grated Raw Carrots

    1/2 Cup Raisins

    1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Nuts (optional – and omit if serving to small kids) – i add walnuts017

    method

    Beat eggs well in a large bowl, and add sugars in gradually, beating until light.

    Beat in oil.

    In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

    Stir into egg mixture. Stir in carrots, raisins and nuts(if using).

    Pour into a greased and floured 13X9 pan, and bake in a 350 degrees oven for 35-40 minutes. (saya buat separuh adunan dan bakar dalam muffin cups ;-))

    fish head curry and grilled chicken

     

    lama sungguh tak makan kari kepala ikan sampai lupa lah camner nak masaknya hikhik terukkan i nih :-P

    last skali makan december last year..itu pun my aunt yang masak…sendiri masak erghhhh ntah awal tahun lepas kot…pastu tak buat buat lagi kari kepala ikan or kari ikan dan sewaktu dengannya

    anyway, semalam kan i pegi buat grocery shopping kat JJ. sempat lah beli kepala ikan salmon nih and sebab the other half kejer kat rumah semalam (penat travel belum habis lagi kot) so i pun masakla kari kepala ikan salmon for him… i know he doesn’t like grilled salmon but he loves curry salmon cuma i je yang asyik tak buat buat kari salmon nih…

    dari dulu sampai sekarang, kalau masak kari ikan ni kan i mesti ikut je resepi yang kat belakang paket kari ikan babas tu. resepi dah taruk sini  ye! sedap pulak kat tekak kami berdua nih :-D

    as for dinner pulak, cuma buatkan blackpepper grilled chicken jek. masa tengah masak lunch tu, i marinate chicken ni skali. petang tu cuma masukkan dalam oven je la…senang kejer i petang tu kan!

    this time i marinate dengan blackpepper sauce dalam botol tu…haaaa lagi senang kan kejer i semalam hikhik

    BAHAN BAHAN

    6 pieces of chicken  – di cuci dan di toskan

    2 biji kentang di belah 6-8

    2 biji bawang merah di belah 4

    1 biji capsicum di potong dadu

    1/3 -1/2 botol blackpepper sauce dalam botol

    1 tbsp ground black pepper

    1 biji carrot di potong memanjang

     

    CARA CARA

    marinate the chicken dengan semua bahan di atas

    perap kan di dalam bekas bertutup di dalam peti sejuk selama sekurang kurangnya 1 jam

    kemudian panaskan oven pada suhu 250C dan masukkan chicken thighs tadi

    baked selama 20 minit, terbalikkan ayam tadi dan masukkan kentang, capsicums dan carrot tadi

    sambung bakar lagi selama 20 minit…

    hokkay dinner is ready :-)

    for the gravy tu, i guna je juice from the chicken – dah habis bakar chicken tu, i tuangkan je juice tu ke dalam periuk and tambahkan 1/4 cawan air, 1 tbsp gandum, 2 tsp kicap manis, 1 tsp ground pepper and then panaskan sehingga mendidih dan mendapat kepekatan yang diingini. if kurang masin masin, tambahkan sikit garam ye! if gandum tu berketul boleh je di blendkan gravy tadi

    malas dan penat

     

    dah lama tak update blogs sebab malas. ntah apa yang di malaskan pun tatau... lagi satu yang menambahkan malas nak on kan lappy sebab minggu lepas sibuk sikit nak siapkan orderan kek lapis.. haiii secara tak sengaja dok membakar kek lapis pulak ye now ni!

    itu dinner semalam yang simple amat sangat sebab taknak makan kat luar pasal hujan petang semalam and sebab badan pun masih penat pasal baru sampai rumah dari kemaman. buat jek apa yang ada kat rumah pasal tak sempat gorcery shopping lagik. kejap lagi kena ke JJ buat grocery shopping..owh! kena gak pegi pagi ni sebab esok ada J card day kat JJ cheras selatan ni..takmo lah bersesak sesak dengan ramai orang esok :0

    vermicelli olio aglio seafood …erkkk taruk dory fish je tapi buleh lah panggil seafood jugak kan hikhik

     

     

    bahan bahan

    vermicelli - rebus sehingga lembut – toskan

    sedikit olive oil

    sebiji bawang putih – potong dadu kecik2

    sebijik bawang merah yang sederhana besar – potong dadu kecik2

    sedikit garam dan coarse black pepper

    dried parsley (ikut suka nak banyak mana)

    1/2 biji capsicum – di hiris memanjang

    1/2 keping dory fillet – di potong dadu

    sedikit broccoli

    2 biji cendawan butang di potong dadu kecil2

    cara cara

    panaskan olive oil dan tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah hingga wangi

    then ikan dory, kacau rata dan biarkan ikan masak

    then masukkan cendawan, capsicum, broccoli serta garam dan bleck pepper.

    gaul rata sekejap atau sehingga cendawan hampir garing

    kemudian masukkan vermicelli tadi dan gaul rata

    taburkan skali daun parsley tadi
