strawberry heart jello bars

 

itu hari nampak kat rumah yat

teruja nak cuba sebab kusuka cream cheese and hasya pulak suka strawberry and jello

semalam pagi cuba lah buat tapikan memang hampeh betul i ni…lupa plak taruk starwberry kat atas cream cheese before masuk dlm fridge

sebabnya right after siapkan cream cheese tu patutnya i pi amik strawberry kan tapi tetiba pulak i pi menyibukkan diri ngan laundry i yang berbakul bakul tu sebab weekend itu cuti jap mencuci baju

pastu terus ku lupa pasal menda alah ni dalam fridge

dah tengahari baru teringat, itu pun sebab terbukak fridge…so masa  tu lah ku tempek strawberry and taruk jello…tapi sebab cream cheese tu dah keras, so strawberry tu tk melekat lerrr..habis tu depa dok berenang renang je lah dalam jello tu :D

bila i presskan kat cheese tu pulak cheese tu pulak yang keluar n berenang sama dalam jello tu…laaagi bughok rupanya tau!

malas nak pikir pikir so i sumbat je dalam fridge tu…lantak lah kan…janji sedap bila nak makan nanti :D

nak sejukkan pulak satu hal sebab hasya dah ternampak, so kan every 5 minutes bukak fridge nak tengok dah keras ke belum jello tuh….haisssh geram jugak rasanya sebab dahlah silap method pastu ada orang yang tak sabar pulak..

anyway ni lah rupa jello ku yang sememeh tu…tkleh tunjuk banyak sebab maluuuu :D

Strawberry Heart Jello Bars ~ Aunty Yochana


Ingredients for Biscuit base:
300 gm. Digestive Biscuits
140 gm. Melted Butter
Ingredients for fillings:
1 block of Philidelphia Cream Cheese
10 gm. Gelatine Powder
50 gm. Sugar(can substitute with condense milk)
1/2 cup Hot Water
1/2 tsp. Vanilla Essence
About 20 Strawberries - use a heart cutter to cut into heart shape (ni aku tak wat, i just slice the strawberries)
Topping:
1 box of Strawberry or Raspberry flavoured Jello
1 1/2 cups boiling hot water
1 1/2 cups cold.

Method:
(1) For biscuit base: Blend biscuits until fine and then mix with melted butter and mix thoroughly.
(2) Press into a 10" Square tray. Chill in the fridge to let it harden.
(3) For fillings, stir gelatine powder with boiling hot water until it dissolves.
(4) Cream cream cheese and vanilla essence & sugar till creamy, add in gelatine mixture gradually and cream until smooth. Pour on top of chilled biscuits.
(5) Arrange cut-out heart shaped strawberries on top of cheese fillings. Put into the fridge to let it set.
(6) For topping, dissolve Jello in boiling water then pour in cold water and stir well. Let it completely cool.
(7) Pour over the set cream cheese filling and put into the fridge again to let it set until firm.
(8) Slice and enjoy!!!

  2. uwaaaa... i teringin nak wat mendalah ni lama dah.. rupa sebijik cenggini cuma resepi yg i jumpa tu bahannya kurang skit dari yg ini... tapi tak terbuat lagi sebab biasalah i kalau menda macam ni i kurang confident... tapi i suka makan... kalau i try nanti will update k heheheh

    kena pada tekak my husband, i pulak rasanya if nk buat lg kena tukar vanilla essence tu pada lemon juice sbb i suka masam sikit
