040310 - Easy Peasy Pizza


we had pizza again for dinner :-)

yupp!! i know i know, asyik asyik pizza je ke? well, what can i say…rumah ini..ya..rumah ini amat suka makan pizza

so, orang dapur rumah ini amat suka sebab kerja memasak menjadi amat easy peasy ngeh ngeh :D

i think i dah post a couple of pizza dough recipes kan..but this one is the one yang i amat amat suka..not only me je tau yang suka

haaa…my other half pun cakap sedap dough, apalagi..laaaagi lah orang dapur ini suka sebab recipe ini amat amat senang if compared with the pervious recipes.


ini orang dapur punya pizza ye! i suka yang agak tebal and macam roti sikit :D

my other half and hasya pulak suka yang agak crunchy and nipis sikit dough i pun buat 2 bijik la..

1 big one for them and 1 small one for me :D


as for the pizza topping pulak, this time my other half request nak loads of pineapples and chickens and of course i want loads of olives hehehee…well, that’s the beauty of making pizza at home kan! u can create your own toppings and the most important one is that  i have to leave 1 small portion with cheese sahaja..iya..itu untuk hasya sebabnya hasya amat amat tidak sukakan segala mak nenek ada kat pizza dia..enough with cheese sahaja :D


hokkay, here’s the Pizza Dough Recipe, terjumpa recipe ni kat heather cameron sytlist' sblog…


1 pack of yeast (i used mauripan)

1 cup warm water

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tsp salt

2 tsp sugar

2 cups Bread flour (i used high protein flour) - don't use regular - it's not the same!


Whisk yeast, water, oil and sugar together in a bowl - let sit for about three minutes.
Put flour and salt in a wide bowl - pour in wet liquid and start to mix. Eventually, you have to use your hands to get it all mixed together and knead the dough till it forms a smooth ball. Put back in a lightly floured bowl and sprinkle a bit more flour over the dough.
Put a damp tea towel over it and let it sit on the counter for one hour. It will double in size.

Then, voila, you have yummy dough! Give it a few more kneads to work out the air, roll it out - thin or thick - the choice is yours. It does puff up a fair bit when it bakes. Add sauce and toppings and bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minute

    i very2 seldom make pizza dough..selalu play cheat beli frozen punya..but usually dapat the thick ones where as I prefer the thinner crust ones..

    mmm nice la with olives lagi...authentic babe :)
