080310 - lamb Chenta madu

me and kambeng :-) hehehe..memang sangat akrab ye!

now, my other half pun dah pandai makan kambeng, so laaagi lah i suka :-)

i suka kambing panggang and my other half pulak prefer lamb stew..tapi dua dua pun we all boleh je makan :-)

okay, back to our dinner last nite

i got this recipe from this lovely lady 

decided to give it a try coz the ingredients and method is very  very very simple

so, eda.. here’s my version on the recipes..a bit different from u lah coz i pi taruk jintan putih and marinade suma skali :-)

BAHAN BAHAN


bahan A
lada hitam - i suka banyak
ketumbar
buah keras
jintan manis

jintan putih

(semua ni di tumbuk halus)


daun kari - 2, 3 tangkai
madu

CARA CARA


- bersih kan lamb dan toskan

- gaulkan lamb tadi dengan bahan A dan madu serta daun kari

- perapkan di dalam peti sejuk selama 2-3 jam (lagi lama pun takpe )

- then panaskan oven pada suhu 250 C

masukan lamb tadi dan bakar selama 20 minit, kemudian keluarkan balikkan lamb tadi serta masukkan potatoes, bawang merah dan capsicum (ini optional ye!)

bakar lagi selama 30 minit…siap….

i served with macaroni and apple salad and baked potatoes :-)

oops..masa nak makan tu, curah je lah the honey sauce yang dalam pan tu..rasa manis manis pedas gitu :-)

    wow..kambeng..I loikeee!! pening lalat letak tepi asal dapat merasa kambeng..ha ha..

    ok tak if I use powdered spices instead of having to tumbuk halus? coz that's the stuff I've got..

    1 tip 4 u....

    after makan lamb, u minum air perahan limau nipis pure dalam half glass tanpa campur dgn air... barulaj kolestrol x menyinggah...

    that's why pak arab boleh pulun kambing everyday. (info from chef razak).
