hershey’s “perfectly chocolate” chocolate cake

dapat resepi ni dari asilah 3E masa i tengah mencari cari resepi chocolate cake yang lajat :))

dah cuba dah dulu tapi dah lama dah sampai lupa pulak macam mana rasanya

semalam buat cake ni sebab hasya mintak chocolate cake and kebetulan pulak my sister yang suka chocolate cake pun ada at my house..so alang alang my sister ada kat sini and hasya pun mintak choc cake, so buat je lah cake ni

rasanya hmmm memang sedap dan moist gitu :)

ok ini resepinya

 

Bahan bahan

2 cawan gula

1 3/4 cawan tepung gandum

3/4 cawan cocoa powder

1 1/2 tsp soda bikarbonat

1 1/2 tsp serbuk penaik

1 tsp garam

2 biji telur

1 cawan susu segar

1/2 cawan minyak sayur

2 tsp esen vanilla

1 cawan air mendidih

 

CARA CARA

ayakkan tepung, serbuk cocoa, serbuk penaik,soda bicarbonat dan garam dalam mangkuk. masukkan gula dan kacau rata

kemdian, masukkan telur,susu segar, minyak masak dan esen vanila ke dalam bancuhan tepung tadi dan pukul dengan mixer selama 2 minit (pukul lama sikit if tak pakai mixer ye!)

tuangkan air mendidih ke dalam adunan dan bancuhan akan menjadi agak cair sedikit

tuangkan adunan ini ke dalam loyang yang telah di gris dan bakar pada suhu 180 C selama 45 – 50 minit

 

resepi ni datang dengan chocolate frosting skali

so i cuba je lah frosting dia jugak…

bahan bahan untuk “perfectly chocolate” chocolate frosting

1/2 cup butter

2/3 cup Hershey’s cocoa

3 cups of powdered sugar ( i used 2 1/2 je)

1/3 cup of milk

1 tsp essence vanilla

 

cara cara

melt butter. stir in cocoa powder,alternately add powdered sugar and milk, beating to spreading consistency. add small amount of additional milk if needed. stir in vanilla and ready

  5. nak cuba la buat this weekend. tapi powdered sugar tu apa? and kena pakai hershey ke? if pakai cocoa yg biasa tak sedap ke frosting dia?

    i guna castor sugar je and i pakai cocoa powder yg biasa je sbb itu je yg ada kat rumah :)
    cuba lah pakai hershey sebab rasanya lagi sedap kan!

  11. dah berjaya buat zarin... hehe.... hubby and kids LOVE it!!

    I suka sangat the cake.... tap nak tanyala pasal topping dia... why i boleh rasa bijik2 gula tu yer.? do i have to blend it first? Hubby kata,... tak apa... rasa bijik2 gula tak kisah sbb sedap sangat... tapi i nak la topping pun PURRFECT... hehe

    oh lagi satu.... cake tu mmg naik menggunung ke.... i ada salah buat? maknanya surface tak rata.... tapi no issue la... but just wondering you buat mcm mana.... tgk dalam gambar pun... you punya cake pun takla flat surface kan?

    m glad to hear taht everybody likes the cake
    tang topping tu, i rasa u kena masak lama sikit sampai gula tu dah tk berbiji
    and lagi satu kalau topping tu tak habis, u boleh masuk je dlm freezer and bila nak guna lagi just panaskan je on gas stove tu..tastewise dia still the same..tk berubah langsung

    and cake tu memang naik sikit..normally if i nak flat surface, i akan potong cake tu sama rata and terbalikkan cake tu, so the bottom tu dok atas la...ni if i nak cake ni nampak cantik macam kat kedai tu ;-)

    oo kena masak lama sikit yer... mmmm... ok. rasanya nak buat lagi this friday (or maybe nak try buat yr brownie pulak), sure ada guests datang rumah coz last kopek Syawal kan ... hehe. The toppinh maybe i cuba blend jugakla kut....

    i pun terpikir nak terbalikkan.... and maybe i would sbb the cake by itself pun dah sedap kan. My loyang kecik 7 inch... so dapat 2 cakes smlm.... and now nak dekat habis... my girl siap bawak sekolah as bekal..
