malam tadi i was so penat, macam nak demam pun ada
agaknya kejer lebih kot ;-) (apa yg lebih pun tatau???)
anyway, sebab i kepenatan maka dinner malam tadi adalah acara menghabiskan segala mak nenek eh takde pulak mak dan nenek saya kat sini yang ada dalam fridge..weekend nanti kan nak balik kampung so, segala apa yang ada harus di habiskan ye!
terjumpa macaroni yang dah siap di rebus sehari sebelum tu maka teringat shidah pernah buat pasta ala lasagne ni so, i pun main belasah je lah buat mac ala lasagne ni ikut sesedap apa yang ada je lah! nasib baik ada sikit minced beef, boleh buat meat sauce and then meat sauce tu jugak boleh jadi hasya punya spag sauce jugak kan! just add a little bit of water and voila! siap hasya punya spag bolognese ;-)
as for the other half yang tak suka mac and tak suka lasagne, dia sendiri buat sandwich je READ:- dia sendiri buat ye! i was so tired to do anything else except for eat and eat hahaha dahlah makan cheese..hadoiiii pastu takut demuk kan! anyway, after CNY ni kena mula balik jogging 3km per day ( boleh ka?)
anyway, back to my mac ala lasagne… well, u know lah kan bila dah tak larat, i tk perasan pun my oven tu rupanya ter”set” kat upper fire je..so u can imagine la..the upper part of my lasagne hampir rentungs ye!
hokkay, here’s my agaks agaks recipe ye! ini untuk satu mangkuk kecik or enough for one or two saja tau!
ingredients
i only have about segenggam lebih sikit macaroni yang dah di rebus ( belum rebus tatau byk mana tu…so, agaks agaks je lah ye!
for the meat sauce - ingredients
3 tbsp olive oil
1 red onion finely chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
about 300gm minced beef
2 biji tomato – diced
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp tomato puree
about 1/4 cup of water
for Creme/bechamel sauce – ingredients
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 1/4 cup of fresh milk
1 slice of cheddar cheese, grated
salt and pepper
method for the meat sauce
heat the oil in the pan, add onion and garlic
then add the minced beef and tumis ke goreng hingga kering air tu
then add diced tomato, biar kejap hingga tomato agak lembik then add tomato puree and add of water
add the salt and cook for a few minutes until the sauce is thickened. tutup api and biarkan!
method for cream/ bechamel sauce
then in different pan, melt the butter and stir in the flour and cook for 2 minutes
remove the pan from the heat and slowly add the milk. make sure kacau ye sebab tak nak bagi berketul ketul
then return the pan back to the heat and bring it to boil, stir until the cream sauce is thickened.
leave to cool slightly and add salt and pepper and the grated cheese
then masukkan macaroni selapis dalam bekas tahan panas, cover with meat sauce, then macaroni again, and then lapis dengan cream sauce and then macaroni again and last skali meat sauced and cover dengan grated cheddar cheese and parmeesan cheese
bake in the preheated oven at 175 degree for 30 minutes or until it becomes brown
alalallaaaaa....menari2 perut saya nak mamam lasagna akak tu...kalau dpt tu mesti berjoget2 lemak saya ni...ekekekkee

ReplyDeletebab lasagna tak pernah2 saya buat. tak jumpa lasagna kering tu kat sini. rupanya bole guna pasta elbow ya ? mac ala lasagne tu tetap nampak yummy, kak :)

boleh je guna elbows or spiral pasta tu. cuba lah..akak ni apa saja yg masak mcm ni memang suka..itu pasal badan dah macam di pam pam ;-)
