banana pancakes

009

tadi pagi agak terlebih rajin nak buatkan pancakes for breakfast ;-)

buat pancakes sempoi pun kira rajin lah bagi i ni sebab main menu for breakfast slalunya milk and cereal je

sebab mommy terlebih rajin hari ni maka terjadi lah banana pancakes ni

ini gara gara si anak dara kat rumah ni dok asyik mintak nak makan banana pancakes ni sedari last week lagi…sib baik lah my other half ada terbeli banana petang semalam. dapat jugak i buatkan pancakes ni…heee walaupon ikutkan hati i ni nak sangat makan cekodok pisang hikhik tapi sebab anak dara dah nak makan lempeng omputih ni maka  i buat jugakla..anyway lebih kurang sama jugakla bahan bahan cekodok pisang ngan lempeng pisang omputih ni

hokkay, here’s the recipe004

Ingredients
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed  ( if guna pisang emas, i guna 4 biji, tadi i guna pisang berangan yang sederhana besar)
Directions
  1. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together egg, milk, vegetable oil and bananas.
  3. Stir flour mixture into banana mixture; batter will be slightly lumpy.
  4. Heat your non stick frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the frying pan ( i used tablespoon to scoop the batter)
  5. Cook until pancakes are golden brown on both sides; serve hot.

yummy yummy…sedap di makan begitu sahaja..tak payah taruk honey or syrup pun sodap ;-)
