salah satu menu lunch saya ye!
rasanya dalam seminggu tu mesti akan ada lunch yang guna segala jenis mak nenek pasta ni
almaklum la anak dara saya ni tak suka makan nasi and mak dia pulak bila dah berdua tu mesti lah tak suka berlama lamaan di dapur ;-)
ni kira macam masak skali harung je lah hikhik :D
tak nak citer panjang, kita tengok resepi ye!
Bahan-bahan
segenggam fusilli di rebus sehingga lembut
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 batang carrot – thinly sliced
1 inch ginger – thinly sliced
1 large onion – thinly sliced
1 garlic clove – thinly sliced
1 celery stick – thinly sliced
1/2 capsicum – thinly sliced
broccoli
1 tsp corn flour
1 tbsp water
2 tbsp soy sauce
a pinch of salt and pepper
Cara cara
panaskan olive oil dan tumiskan ginger sehingga wangi
then masukkan onion, garlic, celery and capsicum – stir fry for at least 2 minutes
then add the carrots and broccoli and continue to stir fry for another 2 minutes
then stir in the fusilli and soy sauce
then mix the corn flour with water to make smooth paste and pour it into the fusilli and continue stirring for another minute and don’t forget to add the salt and pepper ye!

samalah kita cik zarin.. saya klu ng adam pun asik makan pasta/roti je..ikut selera si kecik..save time kat dapur and save dari cuci mencuci hehe
